This programme is great for those currently nursing a shoulder or other injury that restricts the use of a normal squat bar.

The single chest workout per week is left for you to work around the targets set by your physio.

This is a tapering 3 times per week squat programme with 1 deadlift and 1 bench/ upper rehab.  You can use the deadlift session as prescribed or as required for further rehab if deadlifts arent possible right now.

How does it look

Hypertrophy Block (10 weeks) - Improve on weak points and general all-around strength.

Strength Block 1 (5 weeks) - Cement the development from the hypertrophy blocks within the first of 3 strength blocks

Strength Blocks 2 (10 weeks) - Bring the work to a targeted approach, becoming competition-specific/ complimentary

Peak & Taper Block (5 weeks) - Take your newfound strength improvements and prepare your body for competition. You are Platform Ready!

Competition Day - Warm-up sets and reps will be provided in addition to target lift numbers for the 3 attempts.
